Does anyone have any good workout routines for abdominal conditioning? I'm looking to really harden up my 'core' section and am looking for a good switch up from my normal plan.

If you really wanna turn your ab training up a notch, work in some Russian twists:


Leg pushdowns are also pretty good.

If you want strong abs, do more heavy squats. Squats are excellent at strengthening your core.
