Here's a Frank Shamrock video blog about the Cung Le bout, he says he broke his arm in the first round and it got progressively worse as the match went on.

Wow, in the first round? That's nuts! I didn't know Kung's power was that much! All the punching that Frank did must have been what made it a complete break.
