K-1 Grand Prix Forums

The combat sport K-1 combines many of the leading techniques for stand-up combat including Muay Thai, Karate, Savate, San shou, Kickboxing and traditional Boxing. K-1's aim is to determine the single best stand-up fighter in the world through it's K-1 Grand Prix events.

Here's the current fight card for K-1 World GP 2008 in Yokohama on April 13th.

-Semmy Schilt vs. Mark Hunt

K-1 Rules
-Glaube Feitosa vs. Alex Roberts
-Chalid “Die Faust” vs. Aleksandr Pichkunov
-Tsuyoshi Nakasako vs. Takumi Sato
-Mitsugu Noda vs. Kyoung Suk Kim
-Ewerton Teixeira vs. Yusuke Fujimoto
-Badr Hari vs. Ray Sefo
-Mighty Mo vs. Keihiro Maeda

Haven't had much time to enjoy K-1 recently, most of my time has been spent watching UFC & WEC events... I used to watch K-1 frequently prior to the resurrection of the UFC & the acquisition of the WEC by the UFC.

Man, I loved watching K-1 but I haven't seen an event in years.
